Directions:

  • Drain the soaked dried apricots and add them to a blender.
  • Pour in the milk, honey or sugar, and cinnamon powder.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, ensuring the apricots are fully pureed.
  • Add ice cubes to the blender for a chilled shake, and blend again until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or sugar.
  • Pour the Dried Apricot Shake into glasses, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired, and serve.
