Directions:

  • Season the beef cutlets with salt and pepper on both sides. 
  • Place between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound gently with a meat mallet until uniformly thin.
  • Take the flour in a shallow dish. 
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs. 
  • Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in another bowl.
  • Dredge each cutlet in flour, shaking off excess. 
  • Dip cutlets in the beaten eggs, then press into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coating.
  • Heat the oil or clarified butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 
  • Fry the breaded cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
