2 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Parmesan Cheese grated, optional

Directions:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 
  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. 
  • Sear for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown. 
  • Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté onions and garlic until fragrant. 
  • Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  • Pour in chicken broth, scraping the pan. 
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. 
  • Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the pan, simmer for 5 more minutes until fully cooked. 
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
