  • Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  • Add flour, salt, and vegetable oil. 
  • Knead until smooth.

  • In another bowl, combine brown sugar, nuts, and cinnamon for the filling.
  • Divide the dough into 8 pieces. 
  • Flatten each piece, add filling, and seal.
  • Heat a pan with oil. 
  • Cook each pancake over medium heat, pressing gently, until golden and caramelized.
