Directions:

  • Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil in a frying pan and add chopped onion. 
  • Fry until translucent.
  • Add chopped green chili and tomato in onion. 
  • Fry until tomatoes extract their juice.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
  • In a separate frying pan, heat 1-2 tbsp oil, pour eggs and cook on medium flame.
  • When the bottom is set, place the tomato and onion mixture over one half and fold.
  • Cook just a little more until the eggs are completely cooked.
  •  Serve hot with Parathas or toasted bread slices and enjoy.
