Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk eggs, evaporated milk, mustard powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir the cooked macaroni into the mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. 
  • Add 1 & 1/2 cups of cheese and mix thoroughly.
  • Grease a baking dish and pour in the macaroni mixture. 
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese evenly on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
