Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. 
  • Let sit for 5 minutes to absorb.
  • Add the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, black pepper, thyme, oregano, and parsley to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Mix everything together gently using your hands until just combined. 
  • Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a greased loaf pan.
  • Shape it into a loaf, smoothing the top.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard.
  • Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
