Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, sauté onions and carrots until softened. 
  • Add ground meat, cooking until browned.

  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, boil potatoes until tender.
