These super easy and toothsome Fish Cutlets are prepared by mixing boiled/cooked fish with boiled mashed potatoes, seasoned with a splash of salt and pepper, dipped in whisked eggs, and shallow fried until crisp golden.

These super simple and easy-to-prepare Fish Cutlets serve a simple yet finger-licking delicious side dish or appetizer during a feast or Hi-tea party or may even make a perfect evening snack.

Here’s the recipe for these scrumptiously toothsome Fish Cutlets;

 

Directions

  • Remove bones from fish.
  • Mash and set aside.
  • Chop onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves. 
  • Mash potatoes.
  • Mix fish, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, potatoes, ginger, pepper, egg and salt.
  • Divide the mixture into 8 portions.
  • Roll into balls and flatten into 1-inch thick kababs.
  • Dip in a whisked egg.
  • Coat breadcrumbs. 
  • Shallow fry until crisp and golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
