Directions
- Remove bones from fish.
- Mash and set aside.
- Chop onion, green chilies, and coriander leaves.
- Mash potatoes.
- Mix fish, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, potatoes, ginger, pepper, egg and salt.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions.
- Roll into balls and flatten into 1-inch thick kababs.
- Dip in a whisked egg.
- Coat breadcrumbs.
- Shallow fry until crisp and golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with your favorite dip or sauce.
