Here’s a new nourishing Custard Badam Sharbat recipe for you;
Directions:
- In a grinder, add almonds, and water and grind well to make a paste & set aside.
- In a wok, add milk, bring it to a boil, and keep mixing in between.
- Add almond paste and mix well.
- Add almonds, and pistachios, mix well, and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
- Add qarshi ilacheen, mix well, cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between.
- In a bowl, add custard powder, and milk and whisk well.
- Gradually add dissolved custard, mix continuously, and cook until thickens (approx. 2-3 minutes).
- Let it cool.
- In a glass, add basil seeds, and water, mix well, and soak for 10-15 minutes.
- In a jug, add ice cubes, soaked basil seeds, prepared sharbat, and mix well.
- In serving glass, add ice cubes, sharbat & serve!
