Description

Directions
- Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
- Add cornstarch and a little salt.
- Set aside.
- Grind peas coarsely.
- Heat 1 & 1/2 tbsp. oil in a pan.
- Throw in the mustard seeds.
- Add asafoetida and peas as the mustard starts crackling.
- Stir well.
- Remove from the stove.
- Let cool.
- Add salt, raisins, lemon juice, chopped coriander leaves, sesame Seeds, sugar, grated coconut, green chillies and ginger.
- Make lemon-sized balls of mash potatoes.
- Hollow out and fill in with the pea mixture.
- Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.
- Serve hot with coriander chutney.
