Description
A Punjabi-originated Pakistani cuisine mainly cooked in a clay pot is popular for its rich and aromatic flavors. This super comforting and indulgent delicacy gets its name from the clay pot in which it is traditionally cooked. This traditional slow-cooked one-pot dish is super flavorsome and irresistibly delicious.

Directions
- Heat oil in a large pan (or clay pot).
- Add mutton n cook for a couple of mins.
- Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chopped onions.
- Mix well all the ingredients and cook for about five more minutes.
- Add mutton broth and water.
- Let cook on medium-low flame until meat tenders.
- Add cumin seeds, garam masala (whole spice powder), and salt.
- Cover and let cook for about 10-15 mins.
- Add flour to thicken the gravy.
- Let cook for another ten minutes.
- Dish out and garnish with sliced ginger.
