1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 inch pc Ginger thinly sliced for garnish

This traditional slow-cooked one-pot dish is super flavorsome and irresistibly delicious.

Here’s the recipe for this toothsome and flavorful Mutton Kunna;

 

Directions

  • Heat oil in a large pan (or clay pot).
  • Add mutton n cook for a couple of mins.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and chopped onions.
  • Mix well all the ingredients and cook for about five more minutes.
  • Add mutton broth and water.
  • Let cook on medium-low flame until meat tenders.
  • Add cumin seeds, garam masala (whole spice powder), and salt.
  • Cover and let cook for about 10-15 mins.
  • Add flour to thicken the gravy.
  • Let cook for another ten minutes.
  • Dish out and garnish with sliced ginger.
