- Grind peppercorns, cloves, and cardamom to a fine powder.
- Set aside.
- Dry roast coriander, cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together roasted spices, sour cream, ginger, garlic, salt, rosemary, lemon juice, and oil.
- Add lamb chops to the mixture and coat well.
- Marinate overnight.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry lamb chops until golden brown (abt 6-7 mins on each side).
- In the same pan, pour the leftover marinate.
- Add some water.
- Cover and let simmer until the sauce thickens and the meat tenders.
- Garnish with rosemary and lemon slices.
