  • Set aside.
  • Dry roast coriander, cumin, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  • In a bowl, mix together roasted spices, sour cream, ginger, garlic, salt, rosemary, lemon juice, and oil.
  • Add lamb chops to the mixture and coat well.
  • Marinate overnight.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry lamb chops until golden brown (abt 6-7 mins on each side).
  • In the same pan, pour the leftover marinate.
  • Add some water.
