Directions
- Hammer ½ kg mutton to make pasanda.
- Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, vinegar, and lemon juice.
- Transfer to a pan and cook until the water dries off.
- Add 3 tbsp oil and crushed black pepper.
- Simmer for 2-3 mins.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve hot with lemon wedges.
