1 tbsp Black Pepper crushed
Salt acc. to taste
1 Cup Yogurt
½ Cup Vinegar White

Directions

  • Hammer ½ kg mutton to make pasanda.
  • Add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, vinegar, and lemon juice.
  • Transfer to a pan and cook until the water dries off.
  • Add 3 tbsp oil and crushed black pepper.
  • Simmer for 2-3 mins.
  • Sprinkle fresh coriander and serve hot with lemon wedges.
