Description
This scrumptiously delicious Okra Zucchini cooked with spiced and sour tomato gravy serves as an amazing veg starter or appetizer with French Bread drizzled on with spicy tangy Fig Chutney.
Here’s the recipe for this scrumptious Okra Bite with Fig Chutney;
Method
- Deep fry okra (bhindi) and zucchini.
- Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a pan.
- Add onions, and ginger garlic paste until golden.
- Add tomatoes, peanuts, and all the spices.
- Sauté for 3-5 mins.
- Add fried bhindi, zucchini, chopped coriander, paneer, and lemon juice.
- Serve with chutney and French bread.
For Fig Chutney:
- Roughly chop figs into small pieces.
- Add them to the chicken stock.
- Add bay leaves and some chaat masala.
- Boil and let cook until thick.
Serving:
- Slice and toast French bread.
- Spread the prepared okra bites on the toasted slice.
- Pour on some fig chutney and enjoy.
