    Directions:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine glutinous rice flour, water, sugar, and salt. 
    • Mix until smooth and lump-free.
    • Transfer the mixture to a heatproof dish and steam for 20-25 minutes until the dough becomes firm and elastic.
    • Use a rolling pin or gloved hands to knead the dough until it becomes smooth and stretchy.
    • Cut the dough into small bite-sized pieces. 
    • Roll each piece in roasted soybean flour until fully coated.
    • Arrange the Injeolmi on a plate. 
    • Optionally, drizzle with honey or serve alongside red bean paste for added sweetness.
