Directions:
Prepare Coffee Base:
- In a bowl, add caster sugar, instant coffee and hot water.
- Beat until it changes color to light brown & become frothy.
- Coffee base is ready!
- Use instant or you can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
- In a saucepan, add milk and bring it to boil.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
- Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
- In a kettle, add milk and bring it to boil.
- Add cooking chocolate, cocoa powder and whisk well.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
- Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
- In a kettle, add milk and bring it to boil.
- Add the tea bag and bring it to boil.
- Remove the tea bag.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
- Sprinkle crushed chocolate & serve hot!
Prepare Cream & Cookie Coffee:
- Remove cream of cream biscuits.
- In a spice mill, add biscuits, crush well & set aside.
- In a saucepan, add milk and bring it to boil.
- Add crushed cookies, whisk well and bring it to boil.
- Add 1-2 tbsp of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies & serve hot!
