1 Small Onion finely chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro Leaves chopped
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
½ tsp Dried Ginger Powder

50 gm Almonds finely chopped
1 Package Phyllo Dough or Spring Roll Wrappers
2 tbsp Melted Butter or oil for brushing

    Here’s the recipe for Golden and Crispy Briouats;

     

    Directions:

    • In a skillet, sauté the onions until soft, then add the ground meat. 
    • Cook until browned.
    • Mix in the spices, parsley, cilantro, and chopped almonds. 
    • Cook for a few more minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
    • Cut the phyllo dough into strips. 
    • Place a spoonful of the meat mixture on one end and fold into triangles.
    • Brush each Briouat with melted butter or oil.
    • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, or fry until crispy.
