Here’s the recipe for Creamy and Smooth Matcha Latte;

 

Directions:

  • Using a small sieve, sift the matcha powder into a bowl or mug to prevent clumps.
  • Add 2–3 teaspoons of hot water to the matcha. 
  • Whisk in a zigzag motion until it forms a smooth, frothy mixture.
  • Warm the milk in a saucepan or microwave until steaming but not boiling. 
  • Froth it with a whisk or milk frother for added creaminess.
  • Pour the frothed milk over the whisked matcha. 
  • Stir gently. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
  • Sprinkle a touch of matcha powder on top for a decorative finish.
