- Heat oil in a pan.
- Saute onions until soft and translucent.
- Add meat and cook until done.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Set aside.
- Boil penne pasta in salt water.
- Cook until 3\4th done.
- Strain and set aside.
- In a casserole, lay down a layer of meat followed by tomatoes, pasta, basil, and mint.
- Finally, top it off with grated parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 mins at 350 degrees F.
- Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and enjoy.
