Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute onions until soft and translucent.
  • Add meat and cook until done.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Set aside.
  • Boil penne pasta in salt water.
  • Cook until 3\4th done.
  • Strain and set aside.
  • In a casserole, lay down a layer of meat followed by tomatoes, pasta, basil, and mint.
  • Finally, top it off with grated parmesan.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 mins at 350 degrees F.
  • Sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley and enjoy.
