4 Cloves Garlic chopped
1 & ½ Cup Tomato Paste
1 tsp Sugar
Acc. To Taste Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder or acc. to taste
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes or acc. to taste
1 Cup Cabbage thinly sliced
1 Cup Carrots thinly sliced
½ Cup Spring Onion chopped
1 Cup Bell Pepper thinly sliced
3 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
½ Cup Oil

Directions:

  • In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. 
  • Add 2 tbsp oil and spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. 
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the remaining oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
  • Add chopped garlic and sauté until softened.
  • Add tomato paste and cook for a minute.
  • Add red pepper flakes, salt and black pepper. Simmer on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add sliced carrot and cover the skillet for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.
  • Add cabbage, bell pepper, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar when carrots become tender. 
  • Stir all the ingredients in tomato paste for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add cooked spaghetti and chopped spring onion.
  • Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
