Directions:

  • In a bowl, sift flour, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon powder together.
  • In a separate bowl, mash ripe bananas.
  • Add egg and whisk well
  • Add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla essence.
  • Whisk well.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients. (in thirds)
  • Fold each time with the help of a spatula.
  • Grease a loaf pan.
  • Pour the batter into the pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 25-30 mins at 170°
  • With the help of a skewer check if the bread is completely done.
  • Let cool completely.
  • Cut into slices and enjoy.
