Directions:
- In a blender jar, combine pineapple chunks, pineapple syrup, milk, Qarshi jam-e-Shirin, and coconut milk powder and blend well.
- Add ice cubes, and vanilla ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour the Gulabi Colada into glasses.
- Garnish with dried rose petals & serve.
