For Corn Tortillas:
- In a large bowl, combine the corn flour and salt.
- Gradually add the warm water, mixing with your hands until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 2 minutes until smooth and pliable.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
- Make tortillas by Using a tortilla press or rolling pin.
- Cook Tortillas on a Preheated griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook each tortilla for about 1 minute on each side, or until lightly browned and slightly puffy.
- Keep the tortillas warm in a towel and set aside.
For Taco Seasoning Mix:
- Combine all the spices in a small bowl, and mix well.
- Transfer to an airtight container or a spice jar.
- Keep aside.
For Tacos:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning mix and water to the skillet.
- Stir well to combine and simmer for 5 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
- Off the flame.
