Custard Badam Sharbat is a delightful and refreshing drink that combines the richness of custard with the goodness of almonds (badam), making it a perfect choice for Ramadan iftar gatherings. Here’s a new nourishing Custard Badam Sharbat recipe for you;

 

Directions:

  • In a grinder, add almonds, and water and grind well to make a paste & set aside.
  • In a wok, add milk, bring it to a boil, and keep mixing in between.
  • Add almond paste and mix well.
  • Add almonds, and pistachios, mix well, and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add qarshi ilacheen, mix well, cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between.
  • In a bowl, add custard powder, and milk and whisk well.
  • Gradually add dissolved custard, mix continuously, and cook until thickens (approx. 2-3 minutes).
  • Let it cool.
  • In a glass, add basil seeds, and water, mix well, and soak for 10-15 minutes.
  • In a jug, add ice cubes, soaked basil seeds, prepared sharbat, and mix well.
  • In serving glass, add ice cubes, sharbat & serve!
