Kashmiri Meetha Naan is a unique and delectable sweet bread hailing from the picturesque Kashmir Valley in Indo-Pak. Here’s the recipe for this scrumptious and delectable Kashmiri meetha naan;

 

Direction

For Filling:

  • In a bowl, add all the filling ingredients.
  • Mix well.

For Dough:

  •  In lukewarm water mix yeast and sugar and leave it.
  • When it rises, add a mixing bowl with flour, salt, and butter.
  • Knead it with water or milk to form a soft dough and make balls.
  • Now roll it with the rolling pin and place the filling in the center and fold it.  
  • Brush it with egg or butter and bake it in the oven at 200C for 5 min.
  • Brush it again with butter and bake for 1-2 min.
  • Served hot with tea or coffee and Enjoy.
