Direction
For Filling:
- In a bowl, add all the filling ingredients.
- Mix well.
For Dough:
- In lukewarm water mix yeast and sugar and leave it.
- When it rises, add a mixing bowl with flour, salt, and butter.
- Knead it with water or milk to form a soft dough and make balls.
- Now roll it with the rolling pin and place the filling in the center and fold it.
- Brush it with egg or butter and bake it in the oven at 200C for 5 min.
- Brush it again with butter and bake for 1-2 min.
- Served hot with tea or coffee and Enjoy.
