Directions:
- In a bowl combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Coat the chicken pieces with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a large pot.
- Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per batch.
- Drain on paper towels.
- In another saucepan combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey or brown sugar, gochujang, and sesame oil.
