1 tbsp Cornstarch

1 tsp Sugar
¼ Cup Chicken Broth
For Garnish Green Onions sliced

Here’s the recipe for Spicy and Savory Kung Pao Chicken;

 

Directions:

  • Marinate the chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil. 
  • Set aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a wok, heat oil and stir-fry the dried red chilies until aromatic.
  • Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Mix in the peanuts, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and chicken broth. 
  • Stir well.
  • Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken evenly.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
