Malai Boti is one of the most famous barbeque dishes in Pakistani barbeque cuisine. Here’s the recipe for very Soft, Rich, Velvety and Delicious Malai Boti;
Directions:
- In a blender, make a paste of green chilies, coriander leaves and green onion’s white part.
- In a bowl, add chicken and all ingredients except butter and mix well.
- Marinate for 2-3 hours.
- Add butter/oil before cooking and mix well
- Put chicken cubes on wooden skewers.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25 min.
OR
- BBQ or shallow fry for 15-20 minutes or until it’s done.
- Give them coal smoke for 3-5 min.
- Delicious Malai Boti is ready.
- Served hot with chapati or paratha, sliced lemon and onion. Enjoy
