½ Kg Boneless Chicken
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Meat Tenderizer
¼ Cup Yogurt
¼ Cup Cream
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
¼ tsp White Pepper Powder
½ tsp Whole Spice Powder
Acc. To Taste Salt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Oil\Butter
1 tbsp Corn Flour
Wooden Skewers optional

Malai Boti is one of the most famous barbeque dishes in Pakistani barbeque cuisine. It is a popular South Asian dish known for its tender, succulent chicken pieces marinated in a rich and creamy blend of spices and yogurt. This dish, often enjoyed at barbecues or as a delectable appetizer, brings together the creamy texture of malai (cream) and the aromatic flavors of traditional spices, creating an unforgettable taste experience.

This Malai Boti recipe delivers a creamy, flavorful dish that is perfect for any occasion. Enjoy it with naan, paratha, or as part of a larger meal with rice and other side dishes.

Here’s the recipe for very Soft, Rich, Velvety and Delicious Malai Boti;

 

Directions:

  • In a blender, make a paste of green chilies, coriander leaves and green onion’s white part.
  • In a bowl, add chicken and all ingredients except butter and mix well.
  • Marinate for 2-3 hours.
  • Add butter/oil before cooking and mix well
  • Put chicken cubes on wooden skewers. 
  • Bake in the oven at 180C for 20-25 min.

OR

  • BBQ or shallow fry for 15-20 minutes or until it’s done.
  • Give them coal smoke for 3-5 min.
  • Delicious Malai Boti is ready.
  • Served hot with chapati or paratha, sliced lemon and onion. Enjoy
