Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, grated onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper, and mix them until well combined.
- With damp hands, form the mixture into small, oval-shaped meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
