Directions
Boil and peel potatoes.
Cut into cubes.
In a bowl, add boiled chickpeas (chanay) and cubed potatoes.
Add all the other ingredients.
Leave half of the sliced onions and chopped coriander for garnishing.
Mix all the ingredients well together.
Transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle on some sliced onions and chopped coriander.
