Here’s the recipe for Aromatic and Spicy Fish Curry;

 

Directions:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and lightly sear the fish for 2 minutes per side. 
  • Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add remaining oil and mustard seeds. 
  • When they splutter, sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden.
  • Add tomato puree, turmeric, cumin, coriander, and chili powder. 
  • Cook until oil separates. 
  • Pour in coconut milk and water, stirring well.
  • Add fish back to the pan, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes. 
  • Finish with lemon juice and garnish with cilantro.
