Description
Qeema, a traditional Indo-Pak cuisine, is cooked in various ways, whether with peas, potatoes, or spices.
However, this tasty, flavorsome, and savory Hara Masala Qeema, or Green Minced Meat made by my mother-in-law’s recipe is cooked with spinach, fresh fenugreek, and dill so aromatic and delicious. It tastes awesome whether served with plain boiled rice or with naan.
Here’s the delicious recipe for Hara Masala Qeema;
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions, and fry until transparent.
- Add green chilies.
- Saute for a minute.
- Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, and mince (qeema).
- Mix well and let cook for 20-30 mins on medium-low flame.
- Now, let simmer and cook until oil separates.
- Add tomatoes, spinach, fenugreek, dill (soya), coriander and potatoes.
- Let simmer for 15-20 mins.
- Serve with chapatis or rice.
