Here’s the recipe for A Hearty Turkish Delight Kavurma;

 

Directions:

  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until golden brown.
  • Add the diced lamb or beef to the skillet. 
  • Cook until the meat is browned on all sides.
  • Stir in the bell peppers and tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add cumin, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Mix well and reduce the heat to low. 
  • Let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the meat is tender.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
