Description

Here’s the recipe for these scrumptious Keema Samosas;
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Gradually add water and knead until a smooth, firm dough forms.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onions, chilies, and ginger-garlic paste.
- Saute for a couple of minutes.
- Add minced meat and salt.
- Let cook on low flame until done.
- Add garam masala, yogurt, coriander, and mint leaves.
- Saute for 2-4 mins.
- Turn off the flame and let it cool.
- Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- Cut each circle in half to form semi-circles.
- Take one semi-circle and fold it into a cone shape, sealing the edges with water.
- Add 1-2 tbsp. of prepared mince.
- Then seal the edges with the flour paste or water.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, carefully add the prepared samosas in batches.
- Deep fry until crisp golden brown.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
