Directions
- Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper, white pepper, and corn flour.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- Saute marinated prawns for 2-3 min.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with all the remaining ingredients.
- Heat oil in a separate frying pan.
- Pour the eggs, tilting the pan from side to side.
- When the eggs have almost set, scatter prawns over the eggs.
- Cook for 2 mins.
- Use a palette knife to fold over the omelet and it’s ready.
For Sauce:
- In a saucepan, add chicken stock and oyster sauce.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Add corn flour and make it thick.
- The sauce is ready.
