    Directions

    • Marinate prawns with salt, black pepper, white pepper, and corn flour.
    • Heat oil in a frying pan.
    • Saute marinated prawns for 2-3 min.

    • Heat oil in a separate frying pan.
    • Pour the eggs, tilting the pan from side to side.
    • When the eggs have almost set, scatter prawns over the eggs.
    • Cook for 2 mins.
    • Use a palette knife to fold over the omelet and it’s ready.

    For Sauce:

    • In a saucepan, add chicken stock and oyster sauce.
    • Bring it to a boil.
    • Add corn flour and make it thick.
    • The sauce is ready.
    • Serve the omelet with hot sauce.
