Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F).
  • In a large bowl, combine camel meat with olive oil, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt. 
  • Mix well to ensure the meat is thoroughly coated with the spices.
  • Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. 
  • Sear the camel meat on all sides until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the sliced onions to the skillet and cook until they are soft and translucent.
