2 tbsp Green Chilies Paste
¼ Cup Raw papaya paste
½ Cup Yogurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Red Chili Powder

Acc. to taste Salt
3 tbsp Ghee\Oil

Tikka boti is very popular in Pakistan Street food. People love Tikka Boti. It can be eaten at dinners, parties, and family get-togethers. You can make tikka boti with beef, mutton, or chicken,  Cut boneless meat into cubes, marinate it in perfectly spiced tikka masala, put it on skewers, and then grill on charcoals or put the marinated mixture in a pan and cook on the stove on low heat until it completely cook, give them smoke with coal and it’s done. It is soft, tender, smokey, and spicy and is usually served with chapati, chutneys, raitas, sliced lemon, and onion.

Directions

  • Cut beef into cubes.
  • In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
  • Add beef cubes to the spice mixture and mix well.
  • Marinate beef for 5-6 hours or overnight.
  • Put marinated beef cubes on skewers and grill them.
  • Delicious Tikka Boti is ready.
  • Serve hot with chapati, chutney, raita, sliced lemon and onion.
  • Enjoy!
