Method
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onions until light brown.
- Add salt, red pepper, turmeric and cumin.
- Saute for a min.
- Add potatoes and saute for 2 mins.
- Add tomatoes.
- Cover and let cook until potatoes are soft.
- Sprinkle some coriander.
- Serve hot with chapatis.
