Method

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onions until light brown.
  • Add salt, red pepper, turmeric and cumin.
  • Saute for a min.
  • Add potatoes and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add tomatoes.
  • Cover and let cook until potatoes are soft.
  • Sprinkle some coriander.
  • Serve hot with chapatis.
