Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya paste, lemon juice, mustard oil, ground coriander, ground cumin, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add beef pieces to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best results.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the marinated beef pieces onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
  • Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is fully cooked and has a nice char.
  • Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot with naan, chutney, and fresh salad.
