Here’s the recipe for Spicy and Crispy Fried Boti;

 

Directions:

  • In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. 
  • Add the meat cubes and coat well. 
  • Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. 
  • Remove the marinated meat from the fridge and set it to room temperature.
  • Dredge the marinated meat cubes in gram flour, ensuring they are well coated.
  • Fry the coated meat cubes in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. This should take 5-7 minutes per batch.
  • Remove the fried boti from the oil and drain on paper towels. 
  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
