Directions:
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Add the meat cubes and coat well.
- Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Remove the marinated meat from the fridge and set it to room temperature.
- Dredge the marinated meat cubes in gram flour, ensuring they are well coated.
- Fry the coated meat cubes in batches until they are golden brown and crispy. This should take 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove the fried boti from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
