Here’s the recipe for this Delicious and Flavorful Kesari Chicken;
Directions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onions until golden brown.
- Remove from oil.
- Crush onions, add butter, cardamoms, almonds and cumin powder.
- Set aside.
- Saute chicken in the oil until golden brown.
- Add yogurt, garam masala powder, nutmeg and mace powder, coconut and saffron.
- Saute for 1-2 mins.
- Add onion mixture.
- And let cook on low flame until chicken is tender.
- Sprinkle some green chilies and fresh coriander.
- Let simmer for a min.
- Serve hot with chapatis or naan.
