Description
Qeema (or Mince) Stuffed Naan, also known as Qeema Naan, is a popular variation of traditional naan bread, filled with seasoned minced meat. This dish combines the fluffy, slightly chewy texture of naan with a flavorful, spiced meat filling, making it a hearty and satisfying meal.
Qeema Naan is best enjoyed fresh off the skillet or oven, often served with yogurt, chutneys, or a side salad. It can be a meal on its own or paired with other Asian dishes for a more elaborate feast.

Directions
For Qeema (mince) stuffing:
- In a chopper, add the beef mince and chop well.
- In a bowl, add chopped mince and all other ingredients, mix well, and set aside.
For Dough:
- In a small jug, add milk, and water and mix well.
- In a large bowl, add flour and all other dry ingredients and combine.
- Add oil and egg to flour and mix well.
- Gradually add the milk mixture and knead the dough until soft.
- Cover and let it rest for 1 & ½ hours.
- Sprinkle flour on the working surface and knead the dough again until smooth.
- Divide dough into 3 equal pieces and make balls.
- Take a ball and flatten the ball with the help of your hands.
- Add mince stuffing in the center and pull the edges up, seal, and shape again into a ball.
- Sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of a rolling pin.
- Brush the top with milk, sprinkle sesame seeds, and black seeds, and add marks with the help of your hands or fork.
- Now transfer the naan to the foiled baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30-35 min.
- After baking, brush the top with butter.
