Method
- Boil and mash potatoes.
- Add salt, red pepper powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, green chilies, chat masala, and coriander.
- Mix well.
- Make patties and set them in the fridge for a few mins.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip patties in egg.
- Coat with bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry until golden.
- Serve with Red Chutney, ketchup, or your favorite dip.
