1 kg Potatoes Boiled, Peeled and Mashed
2 Eggs Whisked and Seasoned
1 tsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp. Chat Masala
1 tsp. Red Pepper Powder
1 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
½ tsp. Black Pepper
2-3 Green Chilies Chopped
½ cup Fresh Coriander Chopped
1-2 cups Bread Crumbs
1 tsp. Salt (or acc. to taste)

The perfectly spiced n flavored mashed potatoes drenched in whisked eggs and bread crumbs and then shallow fried until crisp golden.

These super delicious and delectable Potato Cutlets serve a perfect appetizer or snack when served with Red Chutney or Ketchup.

Here’s the recipe for these delectable and toothsome Potato Cutlets;

 

Method

  • Boil and mash potatoes.
  • Add salt, red pepper powder, red pepper flakes, black pepper, green chilies, chat masala and coriander.
  • Mix well.
  • Make patties and set in the fridge for a few mins.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Dip patties in egg.
  • Coat with bread crumbs.
  • Shallow fry until golden.
  • Serve with Red Chutney, ketchup or your favorite dip.
